• You may request the cancellation of your subscription at anytime by contacting us at info@gatesatmosphere.com.
• Any agreements, payments, or disputes between users and service providers outside our subscription system are solely between those parties.

3. Messaging, Reviews & User Conduct
• Users must maintain professionalism in all communications, including reviews.
• Inappropriate content, spam, harassment, doxing (sharing personal information), or fraudulent activity is prohibited.
• Users may report violations, and we may investigate and take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal of accounts.

4. Independent Deals & Liability
• We are a platform only. We do not monitor any agreements, negotiations, or transactions between users and service providers.
• We are not a party to any contracts between users and service providers. We are not an agent or broker to any transactions between users and service providers.
• We do, however, reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or banning accounts, where we determine a user has engaged in fraud or violated these Terms.

5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
• Our Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
• While we work to keep the platform secure and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or prevention of unauthorized activity.
• We are not liable for damages of any kind, including (but not limited to) lost profits, reputational harm, or loss of data caused by outages, third-party failures, or disputes between users and service providers.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
